Steve had the great honor to be selected from more than 40 well-qualified applicants to fill a vacancy on the Board in early 2009.  After serving on a half dozen governor appointed water task forces at the state level, he loves working to provide you with the most reliable water supply at one of the lowest water rates in Orange County!
